This policy explains what information KEE PASHMINA (https://itskeebaby.com) actually collects and how it's used: the "Join The Signal" email signup form, optional analytics, and the external destinations this site links or hands off to.

Information we collect

If you use the "Join The Signal" form, we collect the email address you provide, plus your consent to receive email updates. If analytics is enabled and you accept non-essential cookies from the banner, we collect anonymized usage data — pages viewed, clicks on tracked links (listen, watch, ticket, product, signup) — through the analytics provider named in that banner. Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie. When you submit the signup form, our server briefly uses your IP address to rate-limit abuse; it is not stored alongside your submission.

How we use it

Email is used only to send updates you've asked for — new releases, videos, shows, and store drops — through our email provider, Mailchimp. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are working, never to identify you individually. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your email for anything beyond what you signed up for.

Third parties

Signal signups are processed by Mailchimp under their own privacy policy. This site also links or hands off to Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Gumroad, Substack, Discord, and social platforms — each governed by that platform's own privacy policy once you leave (or, for the Gumroad checkout overlay, once you interact with their embedded widget). We don't control and aren't responsible for how those platforms handle your data.

Data retention

Signup data is kept by our email provider until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data, if enabled, is retained according to that provider's standard retention period.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by emailing us. You can reject non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, or change your mind later by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Wherever you're located, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for future contact — email us and we'll act on it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
